Dairy



**After each class I wrote a Dairy**
Last class we did quiz for chapter three and four. That about present perfect vs. simple past ,past perfect  future perfect progressive. Quiz was mostly easy to understand and complete sentences. However ,some questions in  multiple chose were confusing and needed to understand the sentences not depended of the rules. Then ,four  students presented chapter twelve. In that chapter talked  about Noun Clauses . First , Layla shown Noun clauses beginning with a a question word and with whether or if . then , she explained the meaning for each one and put different examples. Second, Hanan explained question words followed by infinitives . Also, all students participated in classroom and they gave examples. Third student was Jameelah , she talked about noun clauses beginning with that and quoted speech. Marwaa was the last student , she clarified verb of forms in noun clauses and using ever words. Finally , we interested , participated and understood the roles.

We discussed in class about our autobiography. Then we mentioned how to write sentences that relate to the  meaning. Also, some students argument  of using the rules correctly. For example, that something we did it in the past and finished ,so, we must say words with use past participle "ed". However, If we did something in past and we still do it now , we should use had been something "ing" or have with past. I learned the difference between these rules. And I know how and when to use these rules.

Today we did quiz about subject verb tense. The quiz was easy and simple to understand. After finished quiz we discussed it together and seen where we have mistakes. We started step by step with using internet . I learned the rule of " Either or and Neither nor " . It said if words after or, nor is plural it will be "are " and vice versa. Some students were confused about the rule of " every one , each .. and one of…" but I understand this rule because I'm knowing after these words will use singular. I think this is the best way to know my mistakes because to avoid falling into the wrong again. Finally , we watched video about green house gases. Then each student said what she learned for a video. For me, I learned this a huge problem in the world and threat our life. My opinion for this issue to decrease using materials consist of  ray chemical and create  alternative materials for the manufacture of greenhouse such as water, sun energy and volcano.

Last class we did quiz about countable and non countable Nouns. Then we reviewed the quiz and answered step by step , because some students confused between a few and a little. However, Internet has a role to teach us and  help us to understand some meanings and gave examples and practice for this rule. I knew the different between them before but this quiz give me an exercises. Then, we watched video that related to count and non count. I benefited for this because I 'm using a few and little every day .Moreover, video  helped me to listen carefully and repeat what they said. Last thing we did reading  book about" Frogs and Riches". After that, each student read a book and shown what  she  understand and  what  author used in grammatical sentences. I observed he used in his writing almost past present and past perfect. That book improves us to read with understanding and concentrate for the syntax of sentences .  I like it this book , 
because it a story about something happened in the past. Also, it is easy and simple to understand.

I prefer Grammar Class because it gives us a greater opportunity to develop our skills, learn and take a many practice about rules. Furthermore, in the beginning of class we taken a quiz about past  verbs and past participle. I learned where can I use past simple and past participle . For example, I should use past participle after had , whereas I should use past simple if the sentence in the past. It's not  new rule but we need practice to be better in English. So , the role of the teacher is guide , to do more practice in the internet with watching videos and practice reading. Then , we took about passive voice and watched video in YouTube , then discussed and we understood clearly. Also , grammar book has a role , it helped us to understand the roles and support with good examples.
